“Right to Disconnect” and will be introduced for Civil works from February 11 by the Minister of civil Service Petra De Sutter.
Worker can only be Contacted outside normal working hours in exception and foreseen Circumstance
The new Regulation aim to allow better focus better recuperation and a more sustainable energy level.
In case of the regulation are broken , there are no clear Psenalties.
