UP Board Exam: The government take big decision regarding the 10th-12th exam

UP: A big announcement has been made about the UP board examinations. The Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government, Dr. Dinesh Sharma said on Saturday evening, the examination of class X has been canceled. 10th class students promoted to class 11

The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council had this month instructed the schools to upload the marks of the final examinations of the 9th standard of the students on the online portal. Time was given till May 24 for this. With this, it has been decided to promote the students on the basis of the final exam marks of the 9th, keeping in mind the schools which have not completed the pre-board exam of the 10th.

Along with this, a decision has also been taken regarding the 12th board examination. These exams can be conducted in the second week of July. Dinesh Sharma said, the exam time will be reduced to 1:30 hours. Students have to do only 3 questions out of 10.

Demand for cancellation of the exam was arising for a long time

In view of the circumstances of Corona, students and parents had been raising demands for cancellation of the 10th exam for a long time. Several state boards, including the CBSE board, have already canceled their 10th exams. The students and parents of the UP Board were also raising the demand to cancel the examinations on this basis.
