MOS Medical Education Sandeep Singh said that the second wave of Corona is now under control in UP. The recovery rate has been improving with the help of government administration. The death rate is currently around 1.1 percent. It is still low compared to other states. The capacity of testing is being continuously increased. There has been a decrease in the number of deaths from corona.
