CBSE Compartment Exam 2023 Date:
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently announced that the CBSE Class 12th Supplementary examinations are scheduled to take place in July 2023. The specific dates for the compartment exams will be published soon on the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in.
In line with the recommendations put forth by the National Education Policy 2020, the CBSE has opted to rename the compartment examinations as supplementary examinations.
The supplementary exams offered by CBSE provide an opportunity for students who have not passed one or more subjects to enhance their grades and successfully clear the board exams. Students who have failed in one or more subjects will need to apply for the Supplementary exams. The application process for the CBSE 10th and 12th Supplementary exams is set to commence shortly.
The CBSE Supplementary exams will follow the same format as the regular board exams, employing the traditional pen and paper mode. The syllabus for the CBSE Supplementary exams will align with that of the regular board exams.
Students who are planning to appear for the Supplementary exam
To maximize their chances of success, candidates appearing for the CBSE Supplementary exams should begin their preparations well in advance. It is recommended that they thoroughly revise the syllabus and dedicate time to practicing previous year’s question papers.
As for the release of results, it is expected that the CBSE Supplementary results will be announced by the end of July or during the first week of August. Students can access their results on the official websites of CBSE, namely cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.
